The Managing Director, Planning & Measurement provides management and coordination in the development, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of BGCA’s strategic and operational plans.
The Managing Director, is responsible for helping to shape operational plans to ensure alignment to the overall strategic direction of Boys & Girls Clubs of America, coordinating project planning and management across the organization, guiding execution of key strategic projects, and assessing performance of specific initiatives and overall progress towards goals.
The Managing Director, Planning & Measurement is responsible for data strategy, measurement tools and analyses that enable continuous monitoring and evaluation of mission and national office performance. The Managing Director is responsible for producing the insights that will inform our strategic direction and resource allocation to meet near- and long-term goals.
