Location: This position is onsite, office-based in Atlanta, GA (hybrid model - 2 days remote / 3 days office)

 

The Role:

Under the direction of the Senior Director, Talent Initiatives and Engagement, the Manager, CQI Leadership Development will develop and implement a comprehensive training evaluation framework and continuous quality improvement cycle that assesses the effectiveness of our programs & implements improvements. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and to drive continuous improvement in Club leader development initiatives.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, systematic evaluation framework for learning events and training that aligns with organizational objectives and incorporates best practices in learning and development.
  • Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and department leaders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), desired outcomes, and impact measures for learning programs.
  • Define methods, including surveys, assessments, and performance metrics, for collecting feedback and evaluation and communicating results to instructional designers, subject matter experts, and department leaders
  • Develop and implement a framework to measure impact of programs and learnings, including behavior and competency-based outcomes and business outcomes
  • Partner with instructional designers and subject matter experts to routinely review evaluation data & other evaluation methods to identify and implement improvements.
  • Analyze training data and prepare reports that provide insights into program effectiveness and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor trends and developments in evaluation methodologies and make recommendations for enhancements to existing programs and learnings.
  • Provide training and support to managers and trainers on evaluation processes and tools to promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in budget planning for evaluation initiatives and manage resources effectively to achieve objectives.
  • Ensure that all evaluation processes adhere to organizational policies, legal standards, and best practices in the industry.
  • Executes continuous improvement processes to scale efficiencies, alignment and collaboration across the department that support BGCA’s service delivery model and core priority outcomes.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in measurement and evaluation process. Proven experience in developing training evaluation frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Cornerstone On Demand and SmartSheet experience is desired
