Join Our Team as Director, Organizational Development Metro Services, Pacific Region!

Imagine a place where who you are, where you're from or the circumstances that surround you don’t determine your access to experiences or opportunities. Now imagine a mission, created to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The Boys & Girls Clubs are making that vision a reality — in your community and communities around the world.

We are searching for an experienced leader with a passion for non-profit organizational development to take on the role of Director, Organizational Development (DOD) Metro Services, Pacific Region.

The Pacific Region covers: WA, OR, ID, CA, NV, UT, AZ, AK, HI

As part of the Field Operations team, you will work closely with local Boards, CEOs, and executive teams to foster leadership and ensure organizations have the resources and tools necessary to achieve their strategic goals. Your leadership will focus on empowering these organizations to act with autonomy while remaining aligned with the larger mission, this includes helping clubs develop actionable strategies for growth, long term sustainability, and resiliency.

The local organizations you will engage have operating budgets of at least $5 million, serve thousands of youth across multiple sites, and have significant influence in the major cities and/or metropolitan markets in which they operate. Delivering high value services will require consulting expertise and advanced skills in navigating organizational complexity.
