We are searching for an experienced leader with a passion for non-profit organizational development to take on the role of Director Military Marketing.
LOCATION: Remote
The Role
Reporting to the VP Consumer Director Marketing, This is a full-time, 18-month project-based role dedicated to leading a comprehensive rehaul of the military marketing strategy in support of a nationally recognized youth development program. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and support for the program. This includes leading efforts across brand management, content development, digital marketing, and strategic communications, with a strong focus on military-connected audiences.
In addition to leading this strategic effort, the candidate will be responsible for hiring and managing a temporary team to support the successful delivery of the initiative. The ideal candidate is a versatile, data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of military-related issues and audiences, a proven track record in project management, and the ability to both develop strategy and execute against it.
