About the Job
As part of BGCA’s Spillett Leadership University framework, the Director, Learning Technology plays a pivotal role in ensuring the learning systems that power training, development, and shared knowledge for 250,000+ users are efficient, scalable, and future-focused. Reporting to the Senior Director of Learning Technology, this role is responsible for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of BGCA’s learning management systems and shared technology platforms.

This is an opportunity to influence the digital learning experience across the Movement, ensuring Club staff and leaders have access to the tools and training that strengthen outcomes for kids and teens nationwide.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day operations and enhancements of BGCA’s learning systems, including Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD), Adobe, Cvent, and other integrated platforms.
  • Lead design specifications, testing, piloting, and rollout of new learning technologies.
  • Maintain data integrity, roles, content organization, and reporting across platforms.
  • Deliver training reports and prepare data dashboards, graphs, and statistics to support leadership and customer requests.
  • Partner with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure systems meet learning outcomes and deliver a strong user experience.
  • Develop and facilitate product trainings, tutorials, and workshops to drive adoption and effective use.
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues, ensuring seamless delivery of content and functionality.
  • Manage vendor contracts and cultivate strong relationships with external partners to ensure service quality, alignment with organizational needs, and long-term value.
  • Oversee shared platform operations, integrations, and compliance with a focus on equity and accessibility.
  • Contribute to fundraising and strategic planning efforts that sustain and expand BGCA’s learning technologies

 

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer technology or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Learning Management System (LMS) administrator (CSOD preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage data migration, system interfaces, quality testing, and end-user support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
  • Skilled in vendor management, product development, and project leadership.
  • Tech-savvy, with a pulse on emerging technologies and their application in learning and development.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to explain technical details to diverse audiences.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and able to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

This role is designated for HYBRID - Tuesday and Wednesday in our Atlanta, Headquarters located in Midtown.
