Overview

Join Our Team as Lead Director, Corporate Partnerships

Multiple Regions | Remote (Regionally Based Preferred)

Imagine a place where, who you are, where you’re from, or the circumstances around you do not determine your access to opportunity. Now imagine being part of a mission built to ensure that all young people, especially those who need us most, have the support, resources, and experiences to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.

That mission comes to life every day through the Boys & Girls Club Movement, across local communities and around the world.

Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) is seeking bold, forward-thinking leaders to serve as Lead Directors, Corporate Partnerships, helping to shape the future of how we engage corporate partners in service of youth impact.

Reporting to the Managing Director, Corporate Partnerships, the Lead Director, Corporate Partnerships is the principal driver of regional corporate partnership strategy, renewal performance, and enterprise-level growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and execution, with direct responsibility for sustaining revenue, expanding partnerships, and leading people.

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of 15 professionals operating in a hybrid environment that includes both remote and in-office work. Success requires a leader who can build trust quickly and authentically, lead with presence and consistency, and create an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and accountable.

This is not a transactional sales role. It is an enterprise leadership role that demands strong people leadership alongside financial and strategic acumen. The right leader brings clarity during ambiguity, maintains momentum through change, and balances high performance expectations with empathy and respect, understanding that results are achieved through people, and culture, communication, and connection are critical to sustained success.

Multiple Regions | Remote (Regionally Based Preferred)

BGCA is hiring five Lead Directors, Corporate Partnerships, to lead regional corporate partnership strategy and growth across the following regions:

  • Midwest (MW)
  • Southwest (SW)
  • Pacific (PAC)
  • Southeast (SE)
  • Northeast (NE) – preference for candidates based in New York, Philadelphia, or Boston with strong understanding of the Northeast market

All positions are remote, with a strong preference for candidates who live within or have deep market expertise in their assigned region.
