About the Team

The Corporate Partnerships & Engagement team sits within BGCA’s Resource Development organization and plays a critical role in advancing mission impact through strategic national partnerships, engagement initiatives, and collaborative growth strategies.

This team works closely with corporate partners, senior leadership, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen relationships, expand opportunities, and support initiatives that fuel the future of Boys & Girls Clubs nationwide. About the Role

BGCA is seeking a strategic, highly organized, and analytically minded professional to serve as Manager, Sales Strategy & Administration supporting the National Vice President of Corporate Partnerships & Engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, communications, and executive partnership. You will help translate priorities into action by supporting sales strategy execution, performance reporting, CRM and forecasting processes, leadership communications, project management, and executive operations.

Success in this role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders. You will serve as a trusted partner who helps drive alignment, operational excellence, and momentum across a high-impact national team.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Strategic Planning & Business Operations

  • Support the development and execution of sales and partnership growth strategies across regions and initiatives
  • Analyze market trends, partnership data, and forecasting insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align initiatives, campaigns, and organizational priorities
  • Assist in developing dashboards, reports, presentations, and performance tracking tools
  • Support CRM processes and reporting accuracy to strengthen operational efficiency

Executive Partnership & Communications

  • Provide high-level strategic and operational support to the National Vice President
  • Manage complex calendar coordination, meeting preparation, briefings, and follow-up actions
  • Draft executive correspondence, presentations, reports, and leadership materials
  • Serve as a liaison across internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and external partners
  • Help drive communication consistency and alignment across the Corporate Partnerships & Engagement team

Project & Team Coordination

  • Lead and support special projects, team initiatives, retreats, and planning efforts
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for leadership meetings, events, and presentations
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and priorities across multiple workstreams
  • Assist with portfolio management, prospect tracking, and donor engagement support
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and operational effectiveness

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, business operations, sales strategy, executive administration, project management, or related functions within a complex organization
  • Experience partnering across multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop polished presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive-level correspondence
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing operational details with accuracy and consistency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience supporting leadership meetings, events, planning processes, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
  • Experience within nonprofit, partnership development, fundraising, corporate engagement, or mission-driven organizations is a plus
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute where needed

Compensation

BGCA offers a competitive compensation package aligned to market, experience, and internal equity. In addition to base compensation range of $75,203 - $94,004, employees have access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support well-being, growth, and flexibility.
