About the Role

The Manager, Partnership Marketing serves as a strategic marketing lead for a portfolio of national corporate and foundation partners headquartered within an assigned region. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that align partner business objectives with Boys & Girls Clubs of America's mission, creating meaningful value for both organizations.

Working closely with Resource Development, Marketing & Communications, Field Operations, agency partners, and corporate stakeholders, you'll bring sponsorships to life through thoughtful storytelling, digital campaigns, public relations, events, advocacy initiatives, and content that strengthens partner engagement while advancing our mission.

Success in this role requires someone who is equal parts relationship builder, project manager, integrated marketer, and trusted advisor, someone who thrives managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional experiences for partners.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Lead Partnership Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for a portfolio representing more than $10M in corporate and foundation partnerships
  • Build customized co-branded marketing plans that align partner objectives with BGCA's mission and strategic priorities
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns spanning public relations, digital marketing, social media, content development, advertising, advocacy, cause marketing, and events
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives deliver measurable value for partners while strengthening the Boys & Girls Clubs brand
  • Scale successful campaigns across the Boys & Girls Clubs Movement for broader impact

Steward Corporate Partnerships

  • Serve as the primary marketing advisor for assigned corporate partnerships
  • Build trusted relationships with partner contacts by providing strategic marketing counsel and exceptional client service
  • Collaborate with partnership teams to develop annual marketing plans and stewardship strategies
  • Identify opportunities to expand engagement, increase visibility, and deepen partner relationships
  • Support partnership renewals, upgrades, and new business opportunities through compelling marketing strategies

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead integrated project teams across Marketing & Communications, Resource Development, Youth Development, Legal, Field Operations, agencies, vendors, and local Clubs
  • Influence stakeholders across multiple functions to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns on time and within budget
  • Balance competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and flawless execution
  • Foster a collaborative #OneTeam approach that supports organizational and regional goals

Advance Organizational Impact

  • Contribute to regional partnership revenue goals exceeding $10M annually
  • Monitor partnership performance and marketing effectiveness using data and campaign insights
  • Stay informed on integrated marketing, sponsorship, corporate social responsibility, and nonprofit partnership trends
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in partnership marketing practices

  • Successfully manage and execute integrated marketing plans across a portfolio exceeding $10M in corporate partnerships
  • Deliver high-quality campaigns that meet partner objectives while strengthening the Boys & Girls Clubs brand

  • Contribute to partnership renewals, stewardship efforts, and regional revenue growth

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Atleast 5 years of experience in integrated marketing, partnership marketing, sponsorship marketing, account management, or related fields
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Demonstrated success managing client or partner relationships
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

  • Agency account management experience
  • Experience working with corporate partnerships, sponsorships, or nonprofit marketing
  • Knowledge of public relations, social media, content marketing, and cause marketing
